Welcome to Photo Studio Cervantes. By visiting our studio, scheduling photography sessions, accessing our website, or opting into our SMS messaging program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services & Appointments

Photo Studio Cervantes provides professional portrait and event photography services, session viewings, print packages, and related studio products. Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to studio availability.

2. SMS Messaging Program Terms

When you verbally opt-in to receive SMS notifications during scheduling or customer service calls, you agree to the following terms:

  • Program Description: Messages are sent for transactional and customer care purposes only, including appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, session viewing alerts, and order pickup notices.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your active appointments and order status.

  • Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

  • Cancellation / Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by texting STOP in reply to any text message received from us. You will receive a final confirmation text confirming your opt-out.

  • Customer Support: You may reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact our studio directly at (323) 566-8985.

  • Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Studio Orders, Balances, and Pickup

  • Custom print packages, framing, and albums require a scheduled viewing or pickup appointment once production is complete.

  • Any remaining balance on photo packages must be settled before physical orders or high-resolution digital files are released.

4. Intellectual Property

All photographs, proofs, digital assets, and sample imagery displayed on our website or created by Photo Studio Cervantes remain the intellectual property of Photo Studio Cervantes, protected by applicable copyright law, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Photo Studio Cervantes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from schedule disruptions, equipment failures beyond our control, or telecom carrier delays in SMS transmission.
